Significant energy savings were achieved by replacing inefficient lighting with energy efficient technologies at an auditing and accounting firm in Stellenbosch. After a thorough energy audit performed for 4 weeks, the specific load factor of the lighting circuits was logged and the savings potential was quantified.

Dairy & Wine Cellar Energy Analysis
An extensive energy audit project was launched at a dairy and wine cellar to identify energy and cost saving opportunities. Detailed monitoring and reporting of energy consumption were done for 6 months. An action plan and roadmap were then developed to guide investment towards improved energy efficiency.

Office Park: De Wagenweg
This energy efficiency project was done in Stellenbosch at an office park consisting of 5 buildings. The total saving of more than 60 kW was achieved by replacing conventional lights with more efficient technologies, such as LED’s.
